My family is invited to an Easter brunch/ birthday party for my cousin’s daughter. She will be 13 years old on April 5th. Since Easter is April 4th, my cousin thought why not celebrate both occasions so the whole family can come. She told each of us what to bring and if I could come earlier to help with party decorations and set-up. No problem for me, I asked what type of party decorations she had bought. She said she bought a mixture of Easter decorations and birthday party supplies. She still needed to figure out birthday party favors for all the kids that will be there. She will have a houseful, to say the least. I was wondering if her daughter would miss not having a birthday party with her friends, but my cousin took care of that too. Since it is a big, now you are a teen-ager birthday, she will invite girlfriends over for a sleep-over this coming Friday. My little cousin will certainly remember this double birthday celebration, that is for sure.
