I remember seeing the original Tron movie from the 80’s when I was younger and thinking to myself this is an awesome idea but the old school graphics are really hard to take serious. When I saw the trailer (attached below) for the new Tron Legacy from Walt Disney Pictures my childhood dream came true. I am positive my next birthday needs to have party decorations with this neon theme. Not exactly sure how it would work but just taking some of the film’s elements would make for a great time.
The party decorations would have to include black lights, minimal interior lighting and dark homemade costumes with reflective neon striping like in the trailer above. A motorcycle jacket would work perfect. Tron birthday themes seem like such a good idea to me also because Daft Punk is making the entire soundtrack. One of the best electronic bands ever, they have not had a new album for awhile so the Tron Legacy soundtrack is destined to be awesome. I think Tron party decorations would be more or less create a techno show effect.
