My daughter will officially be a teenager in a couple of weeks. She is into the whole Hollywood Glam thing right now so I thought I'd do her birthday party in a Hollywood theme. I have always done birthday themes for my kids, every year since their first birthdays. It gets a little trickier as they get older, but searching online really helps get my creative juices flowing. I think this Hollywood idea will be one of the best birthday themes I've ever done.
I was looking online today at birthday themes, and found a wonderful website with tons of themes. The company name is Shop On Mine and is located at http://www.shoponmine.com. I was amazed at the selection of themes they have available on their website! I started searching for Hollywood birthday themes, and it just happened that it's one of this year's most popular birthday themes for teenage birthdays. I found birthday party supplies, party decorations, birthday party favors and more that will go with the Hollywood theme for my daughter. The one piece in particular that I fell in love with is the Hollywood Centerpiece. I think it's the perfect centerpiece for this Hollywood theme party and I know she will think it's totally cool. According to the website, this Hollywood Movie centerpiece stands 18" andincludes clapboard, film reel and film all made out of black and goldcard board. I can use a gold or silver pen and personalize this for her Hollywood party.
I have a lot of ideas for this party and Shop On Mine will be so helpful in fulfilling all of my needs. I want to decorate with some balloons that are in the shape of a popcorn bag with popcorn. Over her chair I'd love to hang a Hollywood Star balloon. Everyone will know she is the star of this show! I saw some great lights I want to hang up that are in the shape of stars as well. I'll make the cake to look like the Hollywood Centerpiece, with the clapboard look. I will have her and her friends watch movies on our home theater system, while enjoying some of her birthday cake. This should be one of those birthday themes that she will never forget. I can't wait to see her face when she sees all of these great party decorations waiting for her and her friends. She will be so excited!
