I was cleaning out my closest last week and found a box full of birthday party favors. My kids are past the point of birthday parties that involve piñatas and whistles so I had no idea what to do with all of the left over birthday party favors. I had already put back some of the items for keepsakes, but still had over half a box full. I was always afraid of not having enough birthday party favors for all of the kids that showed up, but I learned after a couple of parties that it was inevitable at least one or two kids wouldn’t show up. I kept the left over favors with the intention of using them the following year, but every year I would forgot that I had them until I was adding the latest leftovers to the box.

I have decided to give the box of birthday party favors to my girlfriend so that she can use them for her two year old.  She might be able to use them for at least two or three years. The good thing about party favors is that they never really go out of style!
